Service Description
Arcos Suppliers Pty Ltd (also referred to herein as “us” and “we”) offers customers (also referred to herein as “you” and “your”) worldwide parcel forwarding services from Australia. Upon receipt of your purchase request, we will proceed to check item availability, issue a purchase invoice and advice on estimated shipping costs and times. Items received will be inspected, weighed/measured and repacked (if required) by us before you receive a shipping invoice. By processing your payment you agree to complete an order with us and accept the following terms and conditions regarding your order's purchase, shipping, and delivery. We reserve the right to modify these terms of service without prior notice provided and without prior acceptance of these terms of service.
We accept no responsibility for loss, damage or any delay to your package. This can result from any event that Arcos Suppliers Pty Ltd has no control over including courier delays.
We will not purchase and/or ship items to you until we receive all required fees/payments and documents within the stipulated time on your invoice or email correspondence.
If no payment is received within 30 days, items will be considered “Unclaimed” goods and will be discarded.
Incorrect items may be returned to merchants for a refund. A refund request may incur a nominal fee.
Couriers may choose to discard all unclaimed packages if they are 1) unable to contact you to deliver items or 2) if you do not pay all required fees, import duties and taxes for your shipping.
Arcos Suppliers Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for the quality of goods, fraudulent items and if we cannot assist you to purchase items.
We may advise customers regarding restrictions on a shipment but customers are responsible for determining and following the export and import regulations for their shipments, including all customs requirements of the destination country.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all customs declarations and documentation and for all customs duties in the destination country. Customers acknowledge that any such duties or charges are in addition to Arcos Suppliers Pty Ltd service fee.
Lost or damaged merchandise claims must be filed with the respective couriers according to their instructions and within the required time limits of the particular courier. No liability will be assumed by Arcos Suppliers Pty Ltd for any damage or loss caused to any items before delivery to us, or after the forwarding courier has taken custody of the shipment.
We shall not be responsible for any damage from an error or omission caused by you providing false or incorrect information or for failing to provide all necessary information.
The result of an inspection does not guarantee the quality of the product, the presence or absence of defects, the authenticity of the product, or that the said product will not violate the laws or ordinances of any countries while the product is en route to its destination.
